The Crazy Eyes S.A.F. is the perfect minimalist holster with a full sweat guard, exposed magazine release, RCS belt clip has an adjustable ride height/cant, included RCS claw, and secure trigger guard. Its patent pending open face design above the trigger guard allows for protection against the body with half the material bulk against the belt.
I’ve tried lots and lots of other holsters. This is my favor appendix carry holster to date.

Fantastic company and a fantastic holster. I’ve been using this holster for about 2 years now with my Sig p365 and it is incredibly comfortable and concealable. I am able to carry in gym shorts without any issue at all. A screw ended up falling out recently and I contacted the company and they sent me out replacement screws without hesitation. It’s a fantastic product ran by a fantastic company and I’d recommend them to anyone.

This is the finest IWB holster I have ever used. Very well thought out and well executed. Quality piece. I’ve carried IWB daily, for half of my life and used countless IWB options available over the years. Reholstering while wearing the skeletonized Holster wouldn’t be recommended if you carry one in the pipe but you could say that for many or mosRead more about review stating Excellent holstert IWBs. The trigger is well protected and the retention is spot on. The holster snugs the pistol tight to the body and leaves almost no signature. You’d be well served to consider this above other high quality IWB options. Price is also wallet friendly. Great work guys!!
